1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (no weekends or public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM PKT will be processed on the same business day; orders after that will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship nationwide within Pakistan.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.

4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
  • You can track your shipment via our website or the courier portal.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed (see Section 6).

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You can modify or cancel your order for free within 1 hour of placing it.
  • After 1 hour (or once shipping begins), changes/cancellations may incur a PKR 200 fee or not be permitted.

6. Delays & Lost Shipments

  • Delivery times are approximate; delays may occur due to:
    • Courier delays (e.g. weather, high volume)
    • Supply chain issues
    • Public holidays
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact our support within 10 days of dispatch to report, investigate, and arrange a reshipment or refund.

7. Damage & Missing Items

  • Save all packaging and provide photos if possible. We’ll help resolve ASAP.
  • Inspect your package before opening, and check for any damage or missing items.
  • If issues are found, contact us immediately, or within 48 hours of delivery.
